My background combines Brazilian and U.S. legal training, international tax experience, and a practical understanding of how businesses operate across jurisdictions. I am particularly interested in connecting with business owners, founders, attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals whose clients or businesses have cross-border needs. I enjoy helping identify practical solutions, connecting the right professionals, and navigating the legal, tax, and business considerations that arise when people and companies operate internationally. While Brazil–U.S. matters are a natural area of strength, my focus extends to broader international and corporate opportunities, including business expansion, entity and ownership structures, transactions, investments, and other cross-border matters. I am also actively building relationships with professionals and firms interested in referrals, collaboration, and complementary capabilities.
